HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Based in Horsham, our preferred method is to work from our own office utilising the software installed on our own computer system. You can deliver (or we can collect) your source documents on a weekly or monthly basis. We will input all of the necessary information into Sage and provide you with comprehensive monthly reports, making site visits to your office or home when necessary.

However, if you prefer, we can also work at your own office using your own software. This option is more appropriate for organisations with more transactions, or where the customer would prefer more face-to-face interaction.

When you use Beta Bookkeeping for your credit control function, this again can be carried out from your office or from ours. Calls to standard non-premium rate phone numbers (national numbers strating with 01) are not charged for - you only pay for the time we spend talking to your debtors and chasing up your money.
